Michel Bourbonnais: co-owner for 20 years, head buyer and bike fitting specialist. A former junior racer under the defunct team Rayon Alpha, he now rides on the road for the fun of it (although he likes to sprint once in a while!) He owned a XC ski school in the early nineties at the Base de plein air Les Forestiers (now Base de plein air des Cèdres). Michel is also a member on the board of directors for the 3 Lacs speed skating club.

Isabelle Gaudreault: co-owner for 17 years, in charge of the financial and business management of Le Suroît. A late boomer in sports, she made up for it: the Ottawa marathon, the Canadian Ski Marathon (coureur des bois), Timberman Ironman 70.3 as well as many sprint and olympic triathlons. All for her personal satisfaction of course! Isabelle is a member on the board of directors for the Tri-O-Lacs triathlon club.

Éric Dubuc: Head technician. A Jack of all trades, he rides mountain and road bikes, skis traditional, skating and back country. He takes pride in being up to date in the technical aspects of all bicycle components and is only satisfied when the job is done right. He is often seen wrenching at popular events all over the province.

Éric Lagarde: Technician in charge of trainees, with over 17 years of experience. He masters the art of finding a solution to fit your budget and will take the time to explain in a precise manner the details of all necessary work. No tight lycra shorts for Eric, he enjoys the fun family outings.

Julie Dicaire: Our accounting clerk / sales person has been with us for two years but she has many of experience in customer service. Always up to a challenge, she rides off roads as well as on the road with the most experienced riders. In the cold months she loves XC skiing or extreme snowshoeing.
