SHIPPING POLICY

 

STORE PICK-UP

  • Store pick-up at our store for all of our products is always free.
  • When you place an order through our web site, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked-up.
  • When you pick-up your order, you will have to show us a valid photo ID for authentification.
  • Bicycles, X-C skis, bicycle racks and child trailer are always pick-up only

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We only ship in QUEBEC
  • Standard delivery: A flat rate of $15.00 will be added to a web order (this excludes all oversized or overweight items)
  • We use Poste Canada for shipping packages
  • Shipping cost are automatically added to your invoice when you make a purchase online.  For any discrepencies, we allow ourserlves to make modification but we will advise you in advance. 

 

RETURN POLICY / REFUND

When you buy an item in store, you have 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund. suivant la date d'achat.  The product must still be new, not used, not worn and with the orginal package.  The proof of purchase is required.

When you buy an item from our web site, you can either return it directly in store or send it back by mail within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund.  The product must still be new, not used, not worn and with its originalpackage.  You will need to have your electronic receipt.  Refund will be applied using the same payment method.  

Shipping cost for returning an item are at your charge and will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for any dammaged goods during shipping. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you would need to cancel an order you placed on our web site, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible by phone to450-455-0328.  We will glady cancen your order if it has not been shipped already.
